Brewing Instructions
For best results, grind just before brewing.
Drip / Pour-Over: Use medium grind, add 2 tablespoons coffee per 8 oz fresh, cold water. Brew with hot water (195–205°F).
French Press: Use coarse grind. Add coffee and hot water (195–205°F). Stir, cover, steep 4 minutes, then press slowly.
